The Network Operation Center was build in 2005 out of an old renovated and modernized office. From here round the clock our technicians monitor all network and server services and the utilization of the backbone and uplinks. The monitoring of servers and network segments works via automated monitoring tools, open-source software and proprietary.

If, despite regular maintenance windows on the hardware and software, once come to a defect, please inform the technician on call around the clock within a few minutes and we will start after a short time with the resolution.

On the status pages (http://status.euserv.de) and our forum (http://forum.euserv.com) all customers receive information about upcoming and planned engineering works.
