External backups are one of the securest ways to protect your data against system failures and data loss – whether private or company-internal.

Private customers can use the online storage for backups of their home PC's and homeservers, or simply save only their own picture collection online. Business customers ensure with a storage of their data on the online storage for a separate backup copy of important company data.

Your data will be stored on one of our large high availability fileservers at EUserv's self owned and managed datacenter in the green heart of Germany: Thuringia.

What are the benefits of using EUserv online storage?

• quick and easy data backup
  With the "BackupHD" is available on our storage systems standardized interfaces to back or back up your data available. If desired, you can also use the encrypted transmission.
  
• Backup from external servers

What to consider for use of Online Disk Service?

• Each BackupHD / FSP account can be used by external (not EUserv) servers or PC's. The service can be used from any Internet access. It can be fixed but to increase the security IPs also in demand that may be used.
• Also several different BackupHD / FSP contracts are completed (eg for each server an extra contract).
• Data can also be extended to the storage / backup are stored which can be accessed at any time. (However EUserv recommends in any case at regular intervals your own backup to a local disk, for example, in the office or carry out at home.)
• Upgrades of online disks (eg BackupHD 2G on BackupHD 1000G) are possible at any time without data loss. Upgrades from BackupHD on FSP are possible, please contact to our support team.
