In the EUserv customer service center, you have the possibility to create FTP backup account.

Once you have selected your server contract, click on "FTP-Backup-Account".

To protect or change the data of your server from anywhere using the FT Protocol, you must create first an FTP-Backup account. By giving your desired password "Backup-FTP Account mit Passwort".
