Assumption of contract - Transfer of contract (account transfer)

Within EUServ it is possible to transfer existing contracts to another EUserv customer with all rights and obligations.

Both contract partners must be in possession of an active customer account with EUserv
Both contract partners may have no outstanding bills and no negative account balance at the time of the transmission
The takeover contract form must be filled out completely and has to be returned to us.
Both contract partners must sign on the form

For each contract assumption costs to fall for the transfer. The price of the transfer of contract can be found in our supplementary price list.
