General
Within EUServ it is possible to transfer existing contracts to another EUserv customer with all rights and obligations.
Requirements
- Both parties must be in possession of an active customer's account with EUserv
- Both parties may have no outstanding bills and no negative account balance at the time of the transmission
- The takeover agreement form must be filled out completely and to be returned to us
- Both parties must sign on the form

Basics
For each contract assumption expenses result for the transfer. The price of the transfer of contract can be found in our supplementary price list.
