To see Contract Details

General

If you have an EUserv contract, you have the possibility to view the associated data in EUserv customer center.

For each contract, you can always take a look all the data. In this part of customer center, it is convenient for you to cancel individual contracts via online.

See the Contract details

In EUserv customer center you have the possibility to see your contract details. Choose your contract for which you want to see the details.

Then click on the left menu to "Vertrags-Details". Now, you will get to the next page that shows all the data about your contract. The page represents e.g., when your order was placed, and how long your contract is valid and when it may be terminated or extended.

Cancellation of Contract

If you decide to cancel a contract, you can conveniently make online through the EUserv customer center. Just click the contract details "Kündigung jetzt durchführen" in order to initiate the cancellation.

The cancellation process was successfully started, that effect is immediately displayed in the customer center.

Withdraw the Cancellation

If you have canceled your contract by mistake, or want to keep your plan yet. You can take back the cancellation in 14 days before the current contract term.

Just click on the button "Kündigung zurücknehmen".

If your cancellation was successfully stopped, it is displayed immediately in the customer center.
